In keeping with Michelle's deep appreciation for the environment, her remains have been lovingly composted through Recompose in Seattle, allowing her to return to the earth she cherished. In this spirit, we will be conducting special planting ceremonies in both Seattle, WA and Austin TX. Her friends and family will have the opportunity to contribute to a living memorial, using the soil enriched by Michelle's presence. Together, we will sow seeds of growth and remembrance, creating a lasting tribute to her remarkable life.
Please join us in celebrating Michelle's life, as we share stories, find solace in each other's presence, and commemorate the incredible person she was. Each event will be a testament to the love and connection she brought into our lives, and a reminder that her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

Coyote Central
Since its founding in 1986, Coyote Central has built the creativity and self-awareness of over 17,000 middle-school youth of diverse races, economic backgrounds, family situations, and neighborhoods. Coyote is unique among Seattle nonprofits in focusing exclusively on early adolescence, when kids are first starting to figure out who they are and what they want to do in the world. As they learn the skills and tools of creative mediums, they realize their own capabilities and passions. Coyote teaching artists, who are all professionals in their field, model the dedication and perseverance of their creative professions and give youth a sense of what it means to make a career of creativity.
